Wasserball Manager

What it is about

Water polo has rules of its own: shot clock, exclusions, power play. Wasserball Manager is built on exactly these rules.

You take over a club, plan training and pool time, negotiate with sponsors and stand at the poolside at the weekend. Your career leads from a B licence upwards.

In the game

Match day: Every match of your own plays out in a 3D pool. You step in with time-outs, substitutions and tactics and give a team talk at the quarter break.
The week: Training, pool time and appointments. Up to five tasks, the urgent ones first, the weekend match as the goal.
The club: From the town pool to a hall of your own. You negotiate sponsors yourself: amount, term and duties.
The public: The local paper, clips and streams of home games. Followers bring members and sponsors.

How it is made

The game grows in stages, each with a fixed goal and an independent review at the end. That is how a simulation in a single file became a Windows game with a 3D match day, controller support and two languages.

A closed test has been running since October 2026. Testers receive every new version automatically and report bugs and wishes right in the game.

What comes next

Next, match day becomes playable: full control of the team with player switching, true to the rules with shot clock, exclusions and power play. For this the game moves to Unity.

Later, Wasserball Manager will be released on Steam as a paid game.
